Onshore Wind Development Manager
Our client is a leading UK based and owned, independent renewable energy developer with a strong focus on onshore wind. Financially independent our client is aiming to be the leading developer and operator of wind assets in the UK. This role presents the opportunity to be a lead contributor to the success of the company. As a small and growing team a significant stock/equity package is offered to ensure everyone benefits from this success. Roles and Responsibilities: To manage and lead the onshore wind development team. To manage the company's growing portfolio of wind farm sites through the development phase. To oversee and lead projects so as to take projects from varying stages of development through to construction. To be the internal expert on the development of onshore wind energy projects. To develop and maintain a knowledge centre that supports renewable energy development activity; to ensure market knowledge and best practice is understood and shared. To manage development budgets. To develop and maintain effective relationships with professional advisors and stakeholder
