Manager Sales & Customer Service (m/f)

Duties and responsibilities:

Maintaining and set-up of customer contacts as well as intensive support of key customers

 You are interfacing the customers of our company

 You are contributing essentially by your customer-oriented approach

 Analysis of the regional market- and competition situation

 Evaluation and analysis of customer structures to identify relevant projects and negotiation respective offers and possible solutions in coordination with our internal project team

Progressing of customer requests and issueing offers as well as their sales-related tracing; contract negotiations until conclusion of contracts

Leading of different customer-related projects as well as support of future foreign representations

 Acquisition and support of cooperation partners

Active cooperation with the departments Technology, Production, Quality Management and Finance Development of new PV markets

 

 Requirements:

Qualified commercial education and/or academic education/training

• Several years of successful sales experience in the PV sector

• Confidence of presentation, self-responsible acting, ability to work under pressure

 • Negotiation skills, excellent

English knowledge, communication skills

• Persuasiveness and stability, capacity for teamwork, flexibility,

• Self-motivation and initiative, integrity and social competence

 • Willingness to travel, personality with pioneering spirit and capacity for analytic thought

• You are “down to earth” and performance-focused,

• Commitment to your work and strong organisational skills
