Our client is a global market leading zero carbon, renewable energy, clean technology enterprise seeking an outstanding management professional to lead all global projects within their clean technology investment division. Purpose:
Management and leadership of all project activity within the Business Unit, globally. Responsibilities: - Responsible for development and implementation of renewable technology projects globally
- Coordinate with project management and other contractor companies PM teams on specific projects
- Responsible for development of project management expertise in Industries business unit
- Responsible for overall objectives on department:
- Manage implementation of “industries” projects
- Audit projects progress
- Develop and retain in-house PM expertise
- Provide implementation related technical input for due-diligence teams
Requirements: Education - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor degree with emphasis on analytics (economics, science, engineering)
- PMI/PMP certification
Experience - Extensive project management experience in major multinational industrial development or high tech manufacturing company or major EPC, engineering company
- Experience in managing high performing multidisciplinary teams
- Track record of delivering large scale industrial or high tech manufacturing facilities
- Strong experience in a senior level project management role

Background
The industries department is focused on medium and large scale investments, acquisitions and joint ventures within the global clean technology marketplace with a particular emphasis on solar energy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of simultaneously leading several large scale multidisciplinary projects ideally from the ground up. Experience within the clean tech or high tech space would be advantageous. Experience of managing such a project and the entire on-stream operation (such as manufacturing or energy production) following such a project would be viewed very favourably.
