Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the entire lifecycle of international Solar Thermal development and construction projects.

Cooperation during the execution of the offer

Selection and guidance of the own order team and integration of all necessary technical disciplines and stakeholders to the successful project completion

Securing professional order documentation

Contract control and guidance of the report system/reporting (internally/externally)

Guidance of the risk management and securing the change management

Securing the Claim management

Securing the quality management and the HSE management Project documentation (external)

Development of new project opportunities

Experience

Technical or business management. Study or several years’ comparable training.

Professional experience in different commercial and/or technical direction of the project functions (if possible with foreign sector) in the international industrial building of large-scale installations

Extensive experience in project management. Experience of managing complex development projects in the solar, solar thermal or renewables space advantageous

Negotiation in German and English, knowledge of a further Foreign language (if possible Spanish) desirable

Analytic, structured and business thinking

Professionalism in handling different cultural areas

Ability for teamwork
