European Sales Manager (m/f), Germany.

Our client is a leading global developer of advanced thin-film photovoltaic products and solutions based on tandem-technology.  The company produces a-Si/a-Si PV-modules that benefit from efficiency increases of at least 10 per cent when compared with sin­gle layered amorphous silicon (a-Si) modules. Our client is targeting becoming a top-3 global thin-film PV player.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

Sales Development of new PV markets

Maintaining and set-up of customer contacts as well as intensive support of key customers

Extensive customer interface

Contributing through customer-oriented approach

Market Analysis & sales strategy development of the regional market- and competition situation

Evaluation and analysis of customer structures to identify relevant projects and negotiation respective offers and possible solutions in coordination with our internal project team

Progressing of customer requests and issuing offers as well as their sales-related tracing; contract negotiations until conclusion of contracts

Leadership of different customer-related projects as well as support of future foreign representations

Acquisition and support of cooperation partners

Active cooperation with the departments Technology, Production, Quality Management and Finance

 

Requirements:

Qualified commercial education and/or academic education/training

Several years of successful sales experience in the PV sector

Extensive knowledge of the European PV Market

Confidence of presentation, self-responsible acting, ability to work under pressure

Negotiation skills, excellent English language and communication skills

Persuasiveness and stability, capacity for teamwork, flexibility,

Self-motivation and initiative, integrity and social competence

Willingness to travel, personality with pioneering spirit and capacity for analytical thought

Commitment to your work and strong organisational skills
