Our client is a leading developer of large scale solar thermal power plants managing the entire lifecycle from project identification and development, through financing and ultimately the turn-key construction as general contractor and operation of the power plant.

As part of our client’s continued growth we are seeking to hire an experienced project developer to identify and develop $multi-million projects globally from first principles.

Your tasks

- Evaluation / Analysis of executed orders

- Developing plant characteristics and estimation master data

- Cost discussions (worldwide)

- Taking care of the “in-house” database

- Developing cost correlations

- Proactive coordination of support from other departments in view of estimation and cost data

- Independent creation of extensive cost estimation and developing entire purchase and unit sales price for turnkey EPC-projects

- Optimization of estimation

Your qualifications

- Excellent degree in (industrial) engineering

- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the field of international plant construction

- Fluent in English, knowledge of a further foreign language (preferably Spanish) would be an advantage

- Good knowledge of MS-Office-Products and PPS-systems

- Ability to work methodical and self dependent

- Self confident appearance and flair of assertiveness

- Strong willingness to perform
