Our client is a leading developer of large scale solar thermal power plants managing the entire lifecycle from project identification and development, through financing and ultimately the turn-key construction and operation of the power plant. As part of our client’s continued growth we are seeking to hire an experienced Assembly Engineer.
Your responsibilities
• Preparation of project-assembly concepts;
• Assembly planning and costing, validation of terminal / technical feasibility;
• Creation of installation specifications, service specifications and contracts for work (technical part including performance exclusions);
• Analysis of assembly services to the status, efficiency, cost etc;
• Technical assistance for the award of sub-assembly services to Management of interfaces between construction, installation and engineering, and monitoring of milestones / milestones / schedule;
• Assistance in the preparation of claim documents;
• Management and co-ordination of construction activities, solar thermal power plants worldwide and ensure orderly construction;
• Evaluation of assembly and construction companies and partners worldwide.
Your qualifications
• Completion of an engineering degree (university)
• Experience in the installation of large-scale calculations and construction management for the construction of large-scale projects
• Experience with requests and contract awards of contracts to subcontractors and with the Fitting process
• Good German and English, knowledge of another language (for example) Spanish advantageous
• High communication skills, sound judgment
• Initiative, flexibility and teamwork
• Pragmatic leadership
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
