Job Purpose:

- Managing Industries business development department
- Providing deputy support to director of industries business unit

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development of renewable technology production oportunities in Abu-Dhabi and abroad
- Identify attractive investment opportunities in companies producing renewable energy products
- Represents our client and Industries unit with senior business partners and government institutions
- Responsible for development of Industries long and medium term strategy and implementation plan
- Responsible for overall objectives on BD department:
–Origination of new project leads and strategic investment opportunities
–Pre-screening of project leads
–Structuring projects and relationships with potential partners

–Transactions execution
–Strategic investments management
–Coordinating due-diligence effort with legal, implementation and other business services departments
–Monitoring of regulatory environment

–Business modeling and feasibility study

Experience
– Minimum 10 years post-MBA strategic business development and project management experience in major multinational companies,
– Experience in managing high performing multidisciplinary teams
– Minimum 3 years experience at senior level business development role in high tech manufacturing sector involving interactions with government institutions and 3rd party consultants
