Purpose

To lead and develop appropriate commercial & financial models, pricing structures and commercial negotiations on a wide range of renewable energy power production and capital infrastructure projects, globally.

Key responsibilities

·         Actively participate in strategic planning of infrastructure projects

·         Plan, develop and formulate appropriate commercial and financial models and pricing structures

·         Prepare business cases and analysis to evaluate and support investment opportunities

·         Support and provide advice during commercial negotiations and offtake agreements

·         Collect and analyze market and competitor data in coordination with a network of business development personnel

·         Review and propose amendments to contract rates, pricing structures and commercial terms

·         Provide financial advice and manage project finance and the relationship with banks and financial advisors

·         Participate in the development proposals, bids and tenders

·         Represents our client with senior business partners and government institutions

Job Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

MBA is a plus

Experience

10 + years of financial and commercial experience

5 + years in commercial development role in the energy sector

International experience

Competencies

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to prioritize actions

Able to work extended hours to fulfil the role
