Our client is one of Europe's largest renewable energy companies. Your role:
You will be part of the Long-term Energy Management team, which is responsible for optimizing the (long-term) value of the Continental asset fleet. The team is currently integrating new biomass assets into the existing portfolio. You will be responsible for the management of the biomass transports in two biomass assets. Together with the Biomass Supply Manager you will utilize synergy opportunities within the supply chain, enhance and improve the portfolio by logistic management proposals. You will report the supply status on a regular basis and initiate and support development and maintenance of relevant supply management tools. You are expected to take an active attitude in the communication to relevant partners.
Your profile:
- Logistic/supply education at university level
- Commercial experience in a business to business environment
- Experience in logistic management (at least 2 years)
- State of the art knowledge of biomass hauling player in Germany and Netherlands
- Excellent knowledge of the biomass market
- Very good analytical skills
- Strong command of English
- Team player with good communication skills
- Very strong MS-Office skills
