The CR team advises organisations on the management of the environmental, social and ethical aspects of business performance which are most critical to the long term success and reputation.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading advisory and assurance engagements with global leaders in the area of CSR
• Sustainability reporting
• Sustainability governance
• Environmental and social programme development
• Sustainability performance management and measurement
• Identification of new work opportunities and both leading and supporting sales activities

Essential:

• Experienced project leader with specific experience in leading CR, environmental and social management assessments of large and ideally,  multinational, corporations
• Experienced across social, ethical and environmental issues.
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and strong computer skills.

We also require estensive experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Expert knowledge of the drivers, risks and good practices in non-financial reporting and assurance
• Experience in engaging with and influencing senior executives in FTSE 100 companies
• Experience in at least one of the following sectors – oil and gas, utilities, retail or telecommunications.
• Experience in business development, proposal preparation and client management
• Strong commercial skills with a good understanding of business processes, and the ability to articulate and demonstrate the business context of sustainable development
• Experience in applying audit and analytical techniques
• Excellent presentation skills and an ability to write clearly
• Comfortable working under pressure within a team and individually
