We are currently seeking a geo-environmental engineer or hydrogeologist to play a key role within our clients established team, based in St Albans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in the investigation and development of contaminated land but also an appreciation of geotechnical issues associated with building and civil engineering developments. This is a senior level appointment and so we are seeking candidates with not only the appropriate academic background and technical ability but also the ability to lead and inspire a team.

You will be fully conversant with all relevant legislation and published guidance and be competent in human health risk assessment using models such as CLEA, SNIFFER and RBCA. Experience in the design and application of remediation techniques would be an advantage. You will be able to provide clients with appropriate advice on contamination issues and in addition you will be capable of producing clearly written technical reports.
