The Division 
Our clients' Urban Regeneration and Waterside Development Advice Group is focused on providing spatial and policy planning, urban design and economic analysis, across the UK for a range of regeneration projects. Our expertise in combining environmental, engineering, planning consultancy, to both public and private sector clients, coupled with our innovative, imaginative and sustainable designs provides a complete regeneration service.

Job description
We are currently seeking a highly ambitious, energetic and dedicated individual to manage our Urban Regeneration team. You will be responsible for the growth of the team, the quality of consultancy advice and implementation of the group’s business plan. The ideal candidate will have experience within a regeneration sector, most likely within master planning, planning, economic development or urban design.

Your qualifications and experience: 

• Membership of: RTPI, RICS or alternative
• Demonstrable track record within the regeneration / master planning sector
• Experience in business development and marketing
• Excellent communicator with and entrepreneurial skills
