Management profiles Andrew McDade, Managing Director Andrew is an executive search professional with more than 12 years experience of recruiting at all levels from early stage career positions through to CEO. Andrew spent the last 6 years with a global Executive Search house focussing on the Semiconductor and Microelectronics industries. Here Andrew managed the Northern European and Asia Pacific Division, building and managing a highly successful team while remaining a top fee earner. With a background in marine resource development and protection and a specialism in environmental policy and regulation Acclāro represents the combination of two passions. Sital Joshi, Director, Consulting Services Sital has recently specialised in providing optimum CSR performance strategies to entities that are seeking independent verification through the BitC, CRI and DJSI. His background in consulting comes from public sector procurement and community PFI schemes where Sital has implemented commercial viability to highly transparent and regulated projects. He says ‘Acclāro offers a great opportunity to clients and candidates alike, they know that through our consulting arm we are trusted by major corporate entities and as an organisation by NPOs that have a track record in making a difference.’ Sunil Shah, Director, HR Support Services Sunil is a leading light in CSR consulting with exceptional strength in sustainability, environmental controls, facilities management and the built environment. He has responsibility for our Training and Development programme with a primary focus on executive level culture change. |
